幼年特发性关节炎细胞因子基因多态性研究进展
Progress of gene polymorphism of cytokine in juvenile idiopathic arthritis
摘要
幼年特发性关节炎（JIA）是关节滑膜的慢性炎症，而细胞因子是炎症反应的重要介质和调节剂，细胞因子的作用在JIA的发病机制中十分重要。细胞因子的基因多态性可以改变基因的表达，直接影响到人类对JIA的易感性。通过细胞因子基因多态性与JIA易感性的相关研究，有利于早期发现JIA高危易感人群，早期干预治疗，从而减少JIA后遗症的发生。该文就近年来国外研究较多的几种细胞因子基因多态性与JIA的关系作一综述。
