全身型幼年特发性关节炎疾病相关基因研究进展 被引量：1

Progress of disease-related genes in systemic-onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis

摘要 幼年特发性关节炎是常见的小儿风湿病之一，其中全身型幼年特发性关节炎（SoJIA）的病情严重，致残、致死率很高。根据目前的认识，SoJIA患儿全身免疫系统存在明显异常，找出疾病相关基因和疾病状态下异常表达的细胞因子或相关蛋白有助于阐明疾病的病因和发病机制，并为诊断和治疗提供依据。该文结合国内外最新报道，对SoJIA疾病相关基因的研究进展和治疗前景作一综述。
