儿童食物过敏的预后及影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 儿童食物过敏包含食物耐受形成和持续食物敏感并发生其他过敏性疾病两种预后。大多数牛奶、鸡蛋过敏患儿可获得耐受,耐受形成较早;10%~20%对花生、坚果、鱼虾等过敏的患儿可形成耐受,耐受发生较晚。食物种类、免疫应答类型、食物特异性IgE抗体水平、食物的皮肤点刺试验反应等是食物耐受形成早晚的预测因素,同时,食物过敏患儿还可能持续过敏,发生对其他种类食物的过敏和(或)变应性鼻炎、支气管哮喘、特应性皮炎等其他过敏性疾病。婴儿期发生食物过敏和(或)持续食物过敏或敏感是其他过敏性疾病发生的危险因素。早期监测食物耐受发生的预测因素和其他过敏性疾病发生的危险因素,有助于改善食物过敏患儿的预后。
