摘要
本文简述了DDS的工作原理及发展趋势,分析了DDS的优缺点。极细微步长、极短的跳频时间是DDS特有的品质;幅度量化及相位截取引入的杂散是DDS固有的噪声。低相位噪声时钟信号及优良的电路技术是获得DDS高纯频谱的关键。DDS在雷达频率合成器,尤其是在相控阵雷达中,有广阔的应用前景。
The Operating principle and its development of direct digtal synthesis (DDS) are discussed in this paper. DDS possesses good qualities of very fine step and very short time of changing frequency.There are the phase truncation spurs and amplitude quantization noise specially in the DDS's. The spectral of a DDS system is dependent on the phase noise of the clock source and the printed circuit board design. The DDS can be applied widely to the synthesizer of radar, specially in the phased array radar.
