构建应用型医学人才培养模式探析

为了满足社会对医学人才的需要，沈阳医学院更新教育观念，修订培养目标，构建了应用型医学人才培养模式。学院从素质教育入手，进行了课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和评价体系的改革，为地方培养了大批应用型医学人才。

In order to meet the society need of medical talents, Shenyang Medical College renewed education sense, modified training object, built applied medical talent training model. The college innovated curriculum system, teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment system based on innovative atmosphere and quality education, a lot of applied medical talents were trained for local region.
