摘要
为了解问题讨论式教学方法的教学效果,在急诊医学实习带教过程中,我们对问题讨论式教学方法和传统讲授式教学方法的教学效果进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,采用问题讨论式教学方法的学生的学习成绩高于采用传统讲授式教学方法教学的学生,两者的差距具有统计学差异。问题讨论式教学方法比传统讲授式教学法更有利于强化学生的主体意识并提高学生学习的主动性、巩固医学理论知识、培养学生的临床思维能力以及独立分析和解决问题的能力;通过教师的示范作用,还有利于培养学生严谨的工作作风和良好的职业道德。
In order to know the teaching effect of problem discussion teaching method a comparative study had been carried out when students began their clinical practice in emergency department. It showed that the scores of the students taught by problem discussion teaching method were higher than those of the students taught by traditional instructing method and there were statistical difference. The application of problem discussion teaching method was helpful in strengthening the students' individual consciousness, mobilizing their initiative, consolidating their theoretical medical knowledge, cultivating their clinical thinking, and improving their ability of problem analyzing and solving. The teachers' demonstration would also help the students to cultivate their strict work style and good professional ethics.
