椎管内麻醉模拟教学用于麻醉学专业见习教学的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解椎管内麻醉模拟教学用于麻醉学专业见习教学的效果,我们选择麻醉学专业学生作为研究对象,通过模拟教学来评价学生对椎管内麻醉,包括硬脊膜外麻醉、蛛网膜下腔麻醉、骶管麻醉、腰麻一硬膜外麻醉联合麻醉的掌握情况。与传统的见习教学相比,椎管内麻醉模拟教学取得了良好的教学效果。椎管内麻醉模拟教学既满足了患者自我保护意识增强的需要,又符合麻醉学自身特点的要求。 In order to know the teaching effect of intrathecal anesthesia simulation in anesthesiology we evaluate the students with simulation to know the extent of the knowledge mastery of intrathecal anesthesia including epidural anesthesia, subarachnoid anesthesia, caudal anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Comparison with traditional clinical skill training showed that students got more skills through intrathecal anesthesia simulation education. The intrathecal anesthesia simuXation education is the needs of the progress of the society and the increasing of the awareness of patient self-protection and anesthesiology itself.
