加强医学研究生导师队伍建设探析

Strengthen the construction of postgraduate tutor teams

本文结合研究生教育工作实际，提出加强研究生导师队伍建设的指导思想和具体措施；同时，对近年来我校研究生教育工作进行了总结，主要从导师的选聘、导师的考评、引进高层次人才、建立导师队伍的激励机制、重视师德建设等方面对研究生导师队伍建设进行了阐述。通过加强研究生导师队伍建设，使研究生教育规模从小到大、稳步发展，初步形成了层次结构较为合理、具有相当规模、学生质量能够得到基本保证的研究生教育体系。

This article based on the experience of postgraduate training proposes some idea and specific measures about strengthening the construction of graduate tutor teams. It analyzes the actual work status of postgraduate education of our college in recent years and evaluates the effect. The scale of post-graduate education is larger and the level is reasonable in our college. The construction of the tutor team plays a key role in postgraduate education.
