临床医学专业学位研究生培养现状分析与对策

Investigation analysis and solutions on cultivation of medical postgraduates

目的研究生教育管理者必须重视与研究生的沟通，了解研究生的培养现状，以利于今后培养方案的制定与改进。方法采用随机方式对有关课程设置、考核方式、外语学习、临床技能训练、教学与科研、管理满意度等六方面的问题对研究生进行了问卷调查，并对调查结果进行了统计学分析。结果调查结果显示，在研究生教育的协调管理、优化培养方案上还存在一定问题。结论今后要进一步优化培养方案，协调各相关部门的关系，全面实施医学研究生教育创新工程，以培养适应社会需要的高级复合型医学人才。

Objective The managers should pay attention to the communication with postgraduates in order to know the situation of postgraduates＇ training. It would be helpful for us to improve the programs. Method To make a questionnaire on six aspects for the students in our hospital, and the data was analyzed by statistic methods. Result We found that there were some problems in the management of the program. Conclusion It was necessary for us to reform the program, optimize training programs and make postgraduates to be the qualified medical talents.
