摘要
劳资关系的和谐稳定是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。当前,我国劳资关系总体上是健康稳定的,但也存在一些比较突出的矛盾和问题,由此引发了私营企业劳资矛盾频发,劳工权益受侵害的现象日益增多,成为制约构建和谐社会的重要因素。调整私营企业的劳资关系,关键是劳资关系协调机制的建立和完善。
The harmonious stability of the labor relations is a foundation that sets up the socialism diapason society.At present, the labor relations is healthily and stable, also exists some outstanding antinomies and problem, and caused the contradict, the phenomenon that the labor rights is subjected to violate increasingly, becoming the check and supervision to set up harmonious important factor of the society.Adjusting the labor relations of the private enterprise, the key is the establishment and perfect the labor relations moderates mechanism.
