磁共振成像测量成人正视眼眼球容积的研究 被引量:10

Measurement of the ocular volume with magnetic resonance imaging in adult emmetropia in vivo

摘要 目的通过与“眼科测量正常值”比较,探讨磁共振成像( magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)在测量眼球容积中的应用。方法对60位20~25岁正视眼受试者进行眼球总容积及其他各组成部分容积的MRI测量,并将测量结果与“眼科测量正常值”比较。结果所测的容积值:玻璃体腔容积:(4.514±0.323)mm^3,与“眼科测量正常值”比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.148)。球内总容积、眼房水容积、晶状体容积分别为(5.146±0.352)mm^3、(0.244±0.385)mm^3、(0.223±0.222)mm^3,与“眼科测量正常值”比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论MRI可较好的应用于活体眼球容积的测量。所测玻璃体腔容积与“眼科测量正常值”之间差异不显著;球内总容积小于“眼科测量正常值”;眼前房及晶状体稍大于“眼科测量正常值”。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2008,8:295—297) Objective To evaluate the application of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in measuring the ocular volume by comparing with the anatomic normal value. Methods The volumes of the total and partial ocular globe including the anterior chamber, the lens and the vitreous cavity of 60 emmetropia adults aged from 20 to 25 years were measured using T2-weighted sequence MRI. The volumes were compared with the anatomic normal values respectively. Results The volume of the vitreous cavity [ (4.514±0.323) mm^3 ] was little different from the anatomic normal value (P = 0. 148 ) ; The volumes of the ocular globe, the anterior chamber, and the lens cavity were ( 5. 146 ± 0. 352 )mm^3, (0.244 ± 0.385 ) mm^3 , ( 0. 223 ± 0.222 ) mm^3 respectively, all having statistic differences from those of the anatomic normal values. Conclusions MRI could be used for measuring ocular volume. Compared with the anatomic normal value, there was no significant difference in the vitreous cavity volume, but the volumes of the lens and the anterior chamber were a little bigger.
