槌果藤提取物对银屑病样小鼠模型作用的实验研究

Topical Administration of Capparis Spinosa L Extract on Mice's Psoriasis Like Animal Models

目的观察槌果藤提取物外用对银屑病样小鼠模型的影响。方法槌果藤提取物外涂小鼠尾部鳞片21d后,取鼠尾组织病理检查及雌激素周期小鼠阴道灌注4d,取阴道组织病理检查,两组均设有阴、阳性对照。结果95%乙醇提取物和他扎罗汀对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成具有明显促进作用,对雌性周期小鼠阴道上皮细胞分裂指数有明显抑制作用。结论槌果藤95%乙醇提取物具有抗银屑病作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Capparis spinosa L extract in topical treatment on mice＇s psoriasis like animal models. Methods The effect of Capparis spinosa L extract on granular layer mouse tail scale epidermis and the epithelial mitosis were observed by Longitudinal histological sections prepared from the tail skin and vaginal epithelium. Results Both ethanols extract and Tazalotine Gel possessed significant inhibiting effect on mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and significant promoting effect on the formation of granular layer in mouse tail scale epidermis. Conclusion Capparis spinosa L extract of ethanol might be popential in topical treatment of psoriasis.
