血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的变化及意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)发病机制中的作用。方法收集HIE新生儿34例,分为轻度脑病组(18例)及中、重度脑病组(16例),分别于生后24h、72h及7d取静脉血;对照组20例,生后24h取血,各组均应用ELISA方法测定血清MCP-1值。结果HIE组患儿血清MCP-1值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);中、重度HIE患儿血清MCP-1值明显高于轻度患儿(P<0.01)。结论MCP-1参与了HIE的发病过程,且病情越重,MCP-1值越高,提示MCP-1作为趋化性细胞因子在缺氧缺血性脑损伤过程中可能发挥了重要的作用。
