干细胞在骨性关节炎治疗中的理论与应用

摘要 骨性关节炎与关节软骨组织代谢失衡有关,由于关节软骨的磨损和丢失,导致疾病的进一步发展。干细胞具有向中胚叶组织如软骨、骨、脂肪等组织分化的能力,最近的研究发现软骨中也有间充质干细胞的表达。文章综述了间充质干细胞的特性及功能,以及应用干细胞治疗骨性关节炎的临床方法,应用局部激活、募集和输注合适的干细胞群落是研究关节软骨损伤修复和恢复关节动态平衡的新方法。运用干细胞技术合成组织工程化软骨用于疾病治疗,对关节软骨的缺损修复及骨关节病的治疗具有重要意义。 Osteoarthritis is mainly due to the metabolism disorders of cartilage tissues. The diseases can be exacerbated because of the cartilage being scuffed and losing. Stem cells have the ability of tissue differentiation toward mesodermal tissue, such as: cartilage, bone and adipose tissue. Presently, it reports that there is the expression of mesenchymal stem cells in cartilage. In this paper, the characteristic and function of mesenchymal stem cells had been induced. Also methods about mesenchymal stem cells used in clinic had been reported. The partial activation, recruitment and transfusion of suitable stem cells are the new methods in studying restoration of cartilage tissue injury and joint dynamic equilibrium. Stem cells technology combined with tissue engineered cartilage for treating disease is of significantly important in treating restoration of scuffed cartilage progenitor and arthropathia.
