早期结直肠癌诊治中的陷阱与对策

摘要 在我国，结直肠癌的发病率在不断上升。长期以来临床所见的病例约有3／4属中后期病变，这是严重影响治疗效果的主要因素。根据现有资料，当前结直肠癌总的5年生存率已达62．3％，Ⅰ／Ⅱ期的5年生存率为90．1％，Ⅱ期的5年生存率为65．5％，Ⅳ期的5年生存率为9．2％。无疑病期是决定患者预后的重要因素，这已是共识。然而随着肿瘤病理学的发展，当前已认识到除有无淋巴转移是影响预后的关键性因素外，即使在没有淋巴转移的病例中，肿瘤局部浸润的深浅同样是一个决定预后的独立因素。对于癌肿，
