摘要
焦化炉环境温度较高(60~120℃),观测孔附近热辐射很强,红外热象仪的应用受到限制,为此提出热象仪的热防护问题。本文分析了热防护装置的技术措施,指出采用热反射为主的方案,完全满足热象仪工作环境温度的要求。实验表明热反射和热衰减的技术途径是可行的,所测目标温度与目标实际温度的平均相对误差为1.2%。
The technical measures of heat protection were discussed.A device were proposed for this purpose by means of heat reflection.Experiment shows that the approach of this device is feasible.It fully meets the requirement of enviroment temperaure of IR imaging system.The difference between the measured value and real temperature of target is about 1.2%.
