光栅腔光参量振荡器线宽研究

The Analysis of Linewidth in OPO with a Grating

本文对光栅腔光参量振荡器线宽特性进行了研究，并对光栅腔ＢＢＯ光参量振荡器线宽进行了数值分析，与实验结果较为吻合。文中所用方法同样适用于其它单轴晶光栅腔光参量振荡器线宽分析。

The analysis of linewidth in OPO with a grating is made in details.The results of theoretical and numerical analysis in BBO OPO with a grating are agreeable.The method of analysis in this paper is also suitable for other uniaxis crystal OPOs with a grating.
