摘要
本文提出了一种观察位相物体的简易方法——多光束干涉法。对以单色相干光和多色相干光为光源的多光束干涉法观察位相物体均作了理论分析,并给出了以单色相干光为光源的实验结果。实验和理论吻合得较好。本方法克服了以往观察位相物体的方法中出现的制作滤波器困难以及难以观察生物活体标本等缺点。
A new method for observing phase objects i.e.the method of multi beam interference is presented.The theoretical analysis of imaging of phase objects by multi beams interference for monochromatic coherent light and multichromatic coherent light is performed.The experimental results of imaging by monochromatic coherent light are shown.The experimental results agree with the theory well.
