摘要
本文用变分法计算了半无限晶体近表面内浅态施主杂质的基态能量.计算中采用了共焦椭球坐标系.得出了系统能量随离表面距离变化的表式.
The ground state energies of a shallow donor impurity near a sharp surface of a semi-infinite crystal are studied.A simple, reasonable trial function and the confocal elliptic coordinate system with foci at the hydrogenic donor impurity and its image point are used.The energy expression of the system as function of its distances from the surface are calculated with the variational method.
