摘要
采用无齿轮箱的直驱式风力发电系统已成为大功率风电机组的主导技术之一。传统风电系统的齿轮传动装置不仅降低了风电转换效率,产生噪声污染,更成为发生机械故障的主要原因之一,同时为减少机械磨损,还需要润滑清洗等定期维护。直驱式风电机组虽然增加了电机的设计成本,但却有效提高了系统效率及运行可靠性。在对大功率直驱式风电机组发电机及其功率控制进行对比、分析的基础上,指出今后的发展方向。
Direct drive turbines were the latest predominate design concepts in turbine technology. These machines had no gearbox or drive train, and consequently no high speed mechanical ( or electrical) components. Direct drive turbines were therefore much quieter than gearbox machines as they do not produce mechanical or tonal noise. Eliminating the gearbox eliminated the huge maintance costs. A special purpose directly driven generator was more expensive,but this was compensated by saving the cost of a gearbox and improving the energy capture. Based on the discussion of different direct wind generators and control methods, the future trends were indicated in this paper.
