湘西土家族不明原因反复流产患者HLA-DRB1基因多态性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨HLA-DRB1基因多态性与湘西土家族人群不明原因反复流产的遗传关联性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,对76例湘西土家族不明原因反复流产患者和82例湘西土家族健康对照者的HLA-DRB1等位基因进行分析。结果与对照组比较,病例组的DRB1*04基因频率增高(37.17%比8.27%,PC<0.01,RR=8.02),而DRB1*12基因频率显著低于对照组(4.72%比28.43%,PC<0.01,RR=0.11)。结论HLA-DRB1*04可能是湘西土家族不明原因反复流产的易感基因,HLA-DRB1*12可能为保护基因。 Objective It is to discuss the genetic relevance between HLA-DRBI gene polymorphism and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortions (URSA) in Xiangxi Tujia nationality crowd. Methods HLA- DRB1 alleles in 76 Xiangxi Tujia nationality URSA patients and 82 Xiangxi Tujia nationality healthy collators were analyzed with PCR - SSP technique. Resuits Compared with control group, the frequency of DRB1*04 allele in patient group was heightened (37.17 % vs 8.27 %, Pc 〈 0.01, RR = 8.02), but the frequency of DRB1 * 12 allele was lowered (4.72 % vs 28.43 % , Pc〈0.01, RR = 0.11 ). Conclusion DRB1 * 04 maybe is the predisposing genes of Xiangxi Tujia nationality URSA and DRB1* 12 maybe is the protection genes.
