摘要
目的探讨猴头菌提取物颗粒对实验性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果和作用机制。方法采用三硝基苯磺酸法制备大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎模型。将60只SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物组以及猴头菌提取物颗粒低中高剂量3个治疗组,每组10只,以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MAD)含量作为观察指标。结果与正常组比较,模型组SOD显著降低,MAD显著升高(P均<0.01);猴头菌提取物颗粒中剂量组与模型组比较能显著降低MAD含量,而提高SOD含量(P均<0.01)。结论猴头菌提取物颗粒通过改善自由基水平而对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎具有促进修复作用。
Objective It is to discuss the treatment effectiveness and mechanism of action of Heriacium extract granules on experimental ulcerative colitis. Methods Rat models of experimental ulcerative colitis were prepared with trinitroben-zenesulfonic acid method. 60 SD rats were divided into normal group, model group, positive drugs group and low, middle and high dose of Heriacium extract granules treatment groups. In each group there were ten rats. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malondialdehyde (MAD) were the observational indexes. Results Compared with normal group, SOD in model group was significantly lowered and MAD was significantly heightened (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with model group, MAD in Heriacium extract granules middle dose group was significantly lowered and SOD was significantly heightened (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Heriacium extract granules has promoting prothetic action on ulcerative colitis in rats through improving free radical level.
