摘要
采用蒸馏水为吸收液,吸收大气中的丙酮、甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇,在气相色谱仪上顶空进样,经毛细管柱分离,以FID为检测器,可以准确地测出大气中的丙酮、甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇,以保留时间定性,峰高定量。
By using distilled water as absorbing liquid to absorb acetone, methanol, ethanol and isopropanol in ambient air, and using headspace sampler in Gas chromatography and then separating them by capillary column, FID was used as detector. In this way, the acetone, methanol, ethanol and isopropanol in ambient air were measured. The retention time was used for the qualitative determination and the height of apex was use for the quantitative estimation.
