摘要
辊弯成型工艺设计中,存在不同的弯曲成型方法,主要分为定半径法和定长度法,具体应该选择哪种方法,目前主要依赖设计人员的经验,缺乏理论指导。利用有限元分析软件(MSC.MARC)建立了辊弯成型工艺的仿真模型,通过试验验证了模型正确性。采用正确的仿真模型对不同的辊弯弯曲成型方法进行多工况仿真对比,通过对仿真结果的分析,对不同成型方法在回弹特性、材料应变、变形能等方面的特性进行比较,总结出了不同方法的特点,为工程中选择合适的成型方法提供理论参考和借鉴。
There exist different rolling forming process methods in design of roll forming process which divided intoconstant radius method and constant length method.Selection of rolling forming process method mainly depends on designer's experience,and at present lacks theory instruction.This article set up simulation model of rolling forming process by means of finite element analysis software(MSC,MARC),and correctness of model the simulation result is corresponding to experiment data.Different roll forming calibration methods were simulated and compared by FEA model.The differences of the spring-back,strain and the strain energy in different methods are disclosed.The result is useful for the engineering application.
