铜铅混合精矿铜铅浮选分离试验研究 被引量:24

摘要 针对云南一大型矿山生产的铜铅混合精矿开展选矿试验,目的是实现铜铅分离。试验结果表明,采用硫化钠脱药,硫酸调浆,硫代硫酸钠与硫酸亚铁组合抑制剂进行铜铅分离浮选.成功实现了铜铅有效分离,获得了铜回收率90.66%、铜精矿品位20.01%.铅回收率96.56%、铅精矿品位45.51%的理想指标。 The technological process of coarse grain and fine grain separation is used according to ore's characters and dissemination characters of the bauxite, and the fine technological indiexes are obtained. The results of the closed circuit technological process test are: the alumina silica ratio of the total concentrate of the bauxite is 7.38, and the recovery of Al2O3 is 71.23%. The practical and feasible method of widespread application of bauxite with low alumina silica ratio is obtained.
