摘要
利用常压微反-色谱装置考察了不同条件对QCS系列耐硫变换催化剂有机硫水解和氢解性能的影响。试验表明,随着温度的升高,不同的耐硫变换催化剂的水解和氢解性能都随之提高,加入碱金属的催化剂其水解和氢解性能明显好于不加碱金属的催化剂,这个规律在低温条件下更为显著,而随着水气体积比的增大催化剂的水解性能呈下降趋势。
The influences of different process conditions on organic sulphur hydrolysis and hydrogenolysis function of QCS series sulphur tolerant shift catalyst using atmospheric micro counter- chromatograph equipment were investigated. The results showed that the hydrolysis and hydrogenolysis performances of different sulfur tolerant shift catalysts all increase with the increase of temperature, and that catalysts with alkaline metals are all obviously better than those without alkaline metals. This rule is more remarkable under low temperature, but the hydrolysis of the catalysts obviously decreases with the increase of water/gas ratio.
