根据SOLOMON(索罗门)公司的绩效评价指标将X炼厂与国内先进炼油企业进行对比分析,X炼厂与国内最先进企业相比,存在"装置规模小、复杂度高、能耗相对较高"的问题,且高附加值产品率、净现金利润相对偏低。分析结果表明,加大装置结构调整力度,做大做优常减压装置,对二次装置进行挖潜优化,增加高附加值产品收率,是增加效益的关键。

According to SOLOMON performance evaluation indexes, this paper analyzed and compared X refinery with the most advanced domestic refinery. X refinery has the shortcom-ings of small capacity, high complexity and relative high energy consumption, as well as relatively low ratio of high value - added products and low net cash profits, etc. It was shown by the analysis that the key issue to increase profits is to strengthen structure adjustment of the plant, expand and optimize atmospheric -vacuum unit, optimize Secondary unit, and increase the yield of high value- added products.
