内燃机车柴油机活塞头、裙部分离原因及措施

摘要 由于紧固螺母松动,造成内燃机车柴油机活塞头部与裙部在运动中分离,致使活塞、连杆、曲轴等机车部件损坏。经分析,原因是柴油机冷却系统工作不良造成活塞紧固系统受热负荷作用失效所致。从活塞部件的材料、组装,以及内燃机车的运行和维修等方面提出了预防措施。 In the operation of diesel engine piston of internal combustion engines, the piston head separated from piston skirt because of the loosening of the fastening nuts, resulting in the damages of piston, piston rod and crank, etc. It was known from analysis that the bad operation of diesel engine cooling system is the reason for the failure of piston fastening system under the action of heat load and further leading to the separation of piston head from the skirt. At the end, preventive measures were proposed from the aspects of piston material, assembly as well as the operation and repair of internal combustion engines.
