介绍了供应链管理环境下采购的特点,着重就供应链集成下企业采购的管理进行了探讨。随着供应链管理的不断发展,应摒弃传统采购模式下的不足,而通过供应链集成下的企业采购模式,达到降低采购成本、提高效率、获取更多的外部资源、提高企业竞争力的目的。
Presents the purchase characteristics under supply chain administration environment, emphasizing on enterprise purchase handling under the integration of supply chain. With the unintermitted development of supply chain administration, the shortcomings of traditional purchase mode shall be discarded, while enterprise purchase mode under supply chain integration shall be used to reach the goal of decreasing purchase cost, increasing efficiency, obtaining more external resources and improving enterprise competitiveness.
