摘要
合理地提出系统测试性指标是测试性设计的首要步骤.针对系统研究初期缺乏详细信息和有效方法,采用了指标折衷系数法来解决该问题.该方法综合考虑使用方测试性需求和承制方能达到的测试性水平,充分考虑影响系统测试性的各项因素,应用层次分析法给出各影响因素的权重,采用折衷的办法确定系统的测试性指标,并举例说明算法的有效性.
The first step of design for testability (DFT) is to determine the testability index. Due to the lack of detailed information of the system in the concept phase of development, an index eclectic quotiety method is introduced to resolve the problem. Considering the user's testability requirement and the testability level that the contractor could achieve, the method analyzes various factors which influence the system testability, applies the analytic hierarchy process to work out the testability level that the contractor can achieve, and uses the eclectic quotiety to determine the testability index. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated.
