潍坊市艾滋病筛查实验室质量考评结果分析

Analysis on evaluation of AIDS screening laboratories in Weifang City

目的了解潍坊市艾滋病筛查实验室规范化管理程度及实验室检测技术水平。方法通过盲样考核和工作职能考评对本市共41家艾滋病筛查实验室进行评估。结果经过评估有32家实验室成绩为优秀,5家成绩良好,4家实验室不合格。结论潍坊市艾滋病筛查实验室网络经过几年的建设,规模已经初步形成,但部分实验室技术人员检验技术水平有待进一步提高。

Objective To investigate the standardized management degree and the examination skill level of the AIDS seeening laboratories in Weifang city. Methods To evaluate 41 laboratories by inspecting blind sample and checking work function. Results The achievements of 32 laboratories were outstanding and 5 laboratories were good , only 4 laboratoies couldnt reach standard. Conclusion The screening net - laboratory for AIDS has been established after several years＇ hard work, but the ability of the technical staff of several laboratories should be improved constantly.
