大学生蠕形螨感染情况调查

An investigation about the infection with Demodex Miles in university students

目的了解本地大学生蠕形螨的感染情况,为蠕形螨的防冶提供理论依据。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法,对大学生进行蠕形螨感染的调查。结果衡阳市在校大学生蠕形螨感染率为35.71%。单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染占74.55%,单纯皮脂螨感染占20%,混合感染占5.45%,蠕形螨在人体的分布以面部最多,占96.43%,面部的分布以鼻部最多,占39.51%。结论大学生中蠕形螨感染较为普遍。

Objective To know the situation of Demodex Miles＇ infection in local university students, and providing fundamental basis for the Demodex Miles control. Methods Carry out an investigation about the infection with Demodex Miles in university students by using the transparent adhesive tape method. Results The infective rate of the Demodex Miles of the university students in Hengyang is 35.71%, the Demodex follculorum is 74. 55%, the Demodex brevis is 20% and the polyinfection is 5.45%. Most of the Demodex Miles distributed in the face, the rate of it is 96. 42%, however, 39.51% of the Demodex Miles distributed in the nasalis. Conclusion The infection with Demodex Miles is common in university students.
