摘要
从上海农村的实际情况出发,以崇明华西村的整治规划为例阐述了自然村落综合整治规划的基本理念、内容和工作方法,对继续推进新农村建设有着重要的指导意义和应用价值。
Taking the renovation planning of Huaxi Village in Chongming as an example, this article elaborates the basic concept of the comprehensive renovation planning of natural villages from the actual situation in rural areas.And then the artile proposes the basic content and working methods for village planning, in order to bring an important guiding significance and application value for promoting the construction of new rural.
