平阳霉素治疗小儿头颈部血管瘤的临床观察

Pingyangmycin treatment of head and neck hemangioma in children Clinical Observation

目的总结平阳霉素注射治疗小儿头颈部血管瘤的临床疗效。方法应用国产抗肿瘤药物平阳霉素注射治疗小儿头颈部血管瘤32例。结果治愈29例（90．6％），好转2例（6．3％），无效I例（3．1％），有效率96．9％。随访1～5年，治愈及好转者无复发，32例均无远期并发症。结论平阳霉素注射治疗小儿头颈部血管瘤是1种有效、安全、易行的方法。

Objective Pingyangmycin injection treatment of the head and neck in children hemangioma clinical efficacy.Methods domestic antitumor drugs Pingyangmycin injection of the head and neck in children hemangioma 32 cases. Results 29 cases were euzed（90.6% ）,two cases were improved（6.3% ）, one ease was ineffective（3.1% ）,total 96,9% efficiency. Fol- lowed- up of one to five years,the cured and the improved were no recurrence,32 cases had no long- term complications. Conclusion Pingyangmycin injection treatment of the head and neck in children hemangioma is an effective, safe and easy method.
