2004～2006年麻醉药品和精神药品应用情况分析

Analysis on Utilization of Narcotics And Psychotropic Substances Used in our Hospital from 2004 to 2006

目的了解本院麻醉药品和精神药品的应用情况，分析用药趋势。方法采用用药频度排序法，对药库2004～2006年麻醉药品和精神药品出库数据进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品中，芬太尼注射液用药频度居各年度首位；硫酸吗啡控释片（美施康定）和芬太尼贴剂（多瑞吉）用量逐年递增。精神药品中，艾司唑仑片稳居第一，苯巴比妥注射剂、地西洋注射液和地西沣片用量下降幅度较大，唑吡坦片用量稳步上升。结论本院麻醉药品和精神药品使用基本合理。

Objective To analyze the utilization and trend of narcotics and psychotropic substances used in our hospital so as to provide information for rational use of drug. Methods In ranking of amount of money of drugs and DDDs, consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were audited and analyzed. Results In the narcotics, the use of fentanyl injection occupied the first places in frequency; the dosage of morphine pill and durogesic increased year by year. In the psychotropic substances, estazolarn pill kept the first place, the amount of use of Phenobarbital injection, diazepam injection and diazepam pill decreased great, the dosage of zolpidem pill upgraded steadily. Conclusion The use of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital appeared basic reasonable.
