The Integration Application of RFID Technology and ERP System

随着制造业信息化程度的进一步深入,各种先进技术不断应用到企业中,以提高企业的生产效率。目前,传统ERP系统的信息采集问题一直困扰着企业信息化的步伐。射频识别技术(RFID)是解决传统ERP系统信息采集问题的先进技术。本文通过比较RFID技术与传统条码技术的优点,分析传统ERP系统在企业应用中存在的数据采集困难问题,阐述RFID技术与ERP系统集成应用的巨大优势,最后重点给出了一个RFID技术与ERP系统的集成应用解决方案。

With manufacturing information further, many advanced technology apply to enterprises to improve their productivity efficiency. At present, information collection problems in traditional ERP system have been plaguing the pace of enterprise information. RFID technology is the advanced technology which can solve the information collection problems in traditional ERP system. By comparing RFID technology with the traditional bar-code technology, this paper analyses the information collection problems in traditional ERP system, and explain the great advantages of applications integrated RFID technology and ERP system. The final, a solution of application integrated RFID technology and ERP systems is proposed.
