肉牛场建设投资估算方法研究

摘要 采用三层的B/S结构和J2EE标准的开发模式,以国家农业产业化项目投资估算和效益分析所规定的指标为依据,建立了关系数据库。将肉牛场建设与养殖生产、投资估算与效益分析专家知识和经验、行业定额与国家有关农业投资项目的优惠政策规定,转换成程序语言。根据肉牛产业项目建设规划和设想,通过系统的程序数据处理,对其牛场建设的建筑材料需要、土建投资、机械设备投资、科技投资、流动资金投资进行估算,对产业的成本、销售收入、利润、现金流量、净现值和财务内部收益率进行分析,研究设计出肉牛产业项目的投资估算与效益分析智能化系统。该系统可按国家农业项目投资估算和效益分析表格要求输出估算和分析结果,从而显著缩短了专家对产业建设投资估算与效益分析的时间和工作量,提高了估算和分析计算的准确性,同时也可供具备计算机使用基本知识、不懂牛场投资估算和效益分析技术的人群使用。 Indicators provided by the national agricultural industrialization projects and investment-benefit analysis of estimates as the basis, a related database was established using three-layer B/S structure and J2EE standards development model. Through the model, the beef cattle farm construction, cattle production, investment estimates, knowledge and experience of benefit analysis from experts of industry and the relevant preferential policies of national scale agricultural investment projects be converted to data language. The cost of industry, sales, profits, cash flow, net present value and financial internal rate of return was analyzed, and output tables of investment estimates and investment-benefit analysis required by national agricultural projects. Through a series of research and design, intelligent system for beef cattle industry estimates project the investment and benefit analysis be design, and provides a fast tool for beef cattle industry estimates project the investment-benefit analysis. The time of be significantly shorten, the accuracy of calculation be improved by the system. The system also is available for users with basic computer knowledge, no farm investment-benefit analysis technology.
