A homemade lowtemperature magnetic force microscope has been used to image vortices in YBa_2Cu_3O_7-x superconducting thin films at 77K.Arranged disorderly in superconducting thin films,the vortices are observed in the noncontact mode scan as round features with a diameter of about 0.5 micrometer.After a contact mode scan the locations of vortices are changed.The possible reasons for the change are discussed in this paper.
