摘要
介绍了3种雕刻刀具轨迹步长的确定方法:等步长法、等步长细分法与等偏差法.用残留峰高控制步距.提出了离散雕刻曲面的刀位干涉校验方法,以及基于三角片域的刀位干涉判定规则,利用判定规则能较简便地实现刀位干涉校验.
Three methods are introduced for defining the engraving tool path step length: uniform step length, uniform step with fine division and uniform stable deviation.The residual peak height is used to control the spacing of each two neighbore paths, and a sculpture profile discretization correction method is put forward for tool position interference and its definition rules based on triangle field.It will be simple and convenient to realize the tool position interference correction.
