应用粘胶型性诱捕器监测马尾松毛虫初报

Efficacy of glutinous traps with sex pheromones in the monitor of Dendrolimus punctatus

2002—2007年,孝感市应用粘胶型性诱捕器连续对马尾松毛虫14个世代进行了诱捕监测,先后对诱芯的时效、有效诱距、不同粘虫胶种类及其黏度指标、不同类型的诱捕器及其组合等进行诱捕效果比较分析。结果表明,利用合成的马尾松毛虫性信息素进行诱捕,当诱芯剂量500μg/枚时,林间有效期≥40 d、有效诱距≤300 m;当粘虫胶黏度2 000-4 000 Cps、用量12.5 g/板（420 mm×280 mm）时,粘胶时效〉40 d;2个诱捕器/组与（3-4）个诱捕器/组监测虫口密度时,组间平均诱捕数量无差异。由此,确定了粘胶型性诱捕器监测马尾松毛虫的应用方法。

From 2002 to 2007, glutinous traps with sex pheromone attractant were used to monitor 14 generations of Dendrolimus punctatus in successioning in Xiaogan,Hubei Province. The effective time of lure, effective attracting distance, different kinds of gums and viscosity indexes, different types of traps and their combinations were analyzed. The results showed traping with composed pheromone of Dendrolimus punctatus, the optimal dosage was 500ug per lure with an effective time 940 d and an effective attracting distance≤300 m. When the gum with the viscosity of 2 000-4 000 Cps was used at the dosage of 12.5 g per trap plate（420 mm × 280 mm）, the effective time was〉40 d. There was little difference in the average trapping amount between the group of 2 traps and groups of 3-4 traps. There- fore, the application method for monitoring Dendrolirnus punctatus with glutinous traps with sex pheromone attractant was suggested.
