精神分裂症对功能性消化不良的影响观察

Observation of the influence of schizophrenia on functional dyspepsia

目的探讨精神分裂症对功能性消化不良的影响。方法通过测定和比较精神分裂症患者与非精神分裂症患者两组餐后的胃肠排空率、胃功能性改变,分析精神分裂症对功能性消化不良的影响作用。结果两组餐后胃、肠排空率比较有明显差异,精神分裂症容易引起胃功能性的改变。结论精神分裂症有引起和加重功能性消化不良的影响作用。

Objective： To investigate the influence of schizophrenia on the functional dyspepsia. Methods： The influence of schizophrenia on the functional dyspepsia was analyzed through detection and comparisionof the change about the rate of gastrointestinal emptying and the change of gastric function in schizophrenia patients and non-schizophrenia patient after meal. Results ： There was significant difference between the two groups about gastrointestinal emptying after meal. The schizophrenia was easy to cause the functional change of the stomach. Conclusion： The schizophrenia can cause and aggravate the functional dyspepsia.
