摘要
妥善保存能源和原材料,消除有毒物质和削减工艺产品中产生的污染物,降低排放到大气、土壤和水的污染物数量,从而提高经济效益和能源效率,大力发展清洁生产与能源效率一体化。
Cleaner production-energy efficiency（CP-EE） is necessary in order to save energy and raw materials in a proper way, eliminate noxious substance, bring down the pollutant from industry in the environment such as in the at mosphere, water, and soil and gain economic profit.
