摘要
以番茄灰霉病菌、早疫病菌为供试对象,测试了一施壮、甲壳丰、施特灵、低聚糖素等4种生物制剂的抑菌效果。结果表明:4种生物制剂中,施特灵和低聚糖素对灰葡萄孢的抑制效果较好,施特灵和低聚糖素EC50分别为104.70mg·L-1和112.01mg·L-1。施特灵和低聚糖素对早疫病菌的抑制效果也较好,EC50分别为137.56mg·L-1和144.75mg·L-1。
The fungicidal activities of four biological agents on Botrytis cinerea and Ahemafia solani were tested, which were Yishizhuagn, chitosan, oligosucchrins and chitosan oligosaccharide. The results showted that the fungicidal activities of chitosan oligosaccharide and oligosucchfins against B. cinerea were better than that of other biological agents. The EC50 values of chitosan oligosaccharide and oligosucchrins inhibiting mycelial growth of B. Cinerea were 104.70 mg/L and 112.01 mg/L. The fungicidal activities of chitosan oligosaccharide and oligosucchrins against A. solani were better than that of other biological agents. The ECs0 values of chitosan oligosaccharide and oligosucchrins inhibiting mycelial growth of A. solani were 137.56 mg/L and 144.75 mg/L.
