超氧化物岐化酶模拟物(SOD_M)对大豆产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验以垦农4号大豆为试验材料,研究了SOD模拟物浸种、叶面喷施以及模拟SOD增效尿素的施用对大豆产量的影响。试验结果表明:SODM浸种增加了单株有效荚数和单株粒数,产量增幅达14.43%,极显著高于对照;R5期叶面喷施SODM后,单株有效荚数、单株粒数均有所提高,产量增产幅度为10.8%;2006年不同试验地点SODMU的产量较对照平均增产6.87%,2007年不同试验地点SODMU的产量较对照平均增产4.94%。 Taking Ken Nong 4 as the experimental material, the effect of SODM seed soaking, SODM leaves spray application and SODMU seed fertilizer on yield of soybean had been studied in this test. The results showed that: pod number and granule number of individual plant were significantly higher than CK, granule weight of individual plant was 14.43 % higher than CK. SODM leaves spray application at R5 stage, available pod and granule number of individual plant were increased, and yield was 10.8 % higher than CK. In 2006 and 2007, the average yield of SODMU in different place were 6.87 % and 4.20 % higher than CK.
