摘要
女性主义教育学是西方诸多教育流派之一,它从女性主义的立场和观点出发,对现时教育体系的师生关系中存在的父权制结构、性别不平等和阶层化差异进行了批判,提出要建立平等的、民主的新型师生关系,以关心为核心,教师是关心者,学生是被关心者,教师要做关怀教师,在对话、交往与合作过程中建立互动的师生关系。
Having proceeded from the feminism's viewpoint and standpoint, the feminist pedagogy is the one of numerous western schools that criticizes the patriarchy framework,the sexual inequality and the stratified differences resided in the relationship between teachers and students under the existing education system; at the same time, puts forward building a new equal type and democratic relatioship between teachers and students; as well building an interactive teacher-student relationship in the course of interlocution, contact and cooperation with the students. The feminism pedagogies emphasizes the center on concern over the students, while the teaches are supposed to be the ones who care the students virtually and the students are concerned.
