社会调研是马克思主义的重要认识方法和工作方法,是无产阶级取得革命和建设胜利的根本保证。社会调研具有重要的功能与价值:它是正确认识社会的根本方法;是有效改造社会的重要条件;是公共政策制定和执行的重要保障;有助于提高管理社会和国家的能力等等。
Social investigation is an important cognitive method and working method of Marxism, also is the fundamental guarantee of gaining the victory over the revolution and construction for the proletariat. Social investigation has important function and value： It is the basic method of understanding soiety correctly, the important condition of transforming society effectly, and the important guarantee for the public policy formulation and implementation. It is helpful to improve the management capability of us on the society and country.
