摘要
根据电力市场改革的方向和发展趋势,在批发竞争市场下研究集中双边交易与经纪人交易的市场规则及市场参与者的报价方式,通过其竞价特征和条件,分析了在批发电力市场环境下分段报价和连续报价曲线及其结算模型和算法。比较分析了集中双边交易模式下以最大化功率交易为目标和经纪人交易模式下以社会收益最大化为目标的两种竞价模型和算法,为我国电力市场开展双边交易提供参考。
In accordance with the direction of reform in power market, the present paper studies the rules of centralized bilateral transaction and broker transaction and the bidding modes of participants in the wholesale competition market. Based on the characteristics and conditions of bidding under wholesale competition power market, the paper analyzes the sectional bidding curve and continuous bidding curve as well as their cleaning models and algorithm patterns. It also compares the two bidding models, centralized bilateral transaction model which is maximal capacity oriented and broker transaction model which is maximal community benefit oriented, so as to provide reference to bilateral transaction for China's power market.
