虚拟式钢水连续测温技术

摘要 为解决钢水测温连续性差、成本高、误差大、实时性差、劳动强度大等难题,运用虚拟仪器的思想,以LabVIEW为开发平台,采用新型组合式金属陶瓷热电偶为温度传感器,建立钢水多通道连续测温系统,实现多点在结晶器里连续测温。 The temperature measurement system is based on LabVIEW workbench,with the idea of virtual instrument, by using of combination cermet thermal couple as temperature sensor. It can solve the difficult problem in the temperature measurement of the liquid steel, such as the bad continuity ,high cost, large error, and the worse real-time and so on. It can also accomplish multi-spot temperature measurement continuously in mold.
