摘要
目的研究建筑用活顶柱的破坏机理、受力性能问题,合理确定其承载能力.方法对9根3组长度不同的建筑用活顶柱进行轴心受压试验,利用试验研究和理论分析的方法进行了对比分析.结果通过试验,测量了建筑用活顶柱的承载力大小,明确了建筑用活顶柱的破坏特征.试验表明,建筑用活顶柱支顶高度是影响其承载力的主要因素,支顶高度较大的建筑用活顶柱先发生整体失稳破坏导致承载力下降;支顶高度较小的建筑用活顶柱先发生栓孔连接强度破坏.建筑用活顶柱导柱和立柱问的3.5mm环状间隙导致初挠度,使得试验得到的承载力值和通过理论研究得到的承载力值相差14.7%~23.7%.结论建筑用活顶柱可调节高度,使用方便且具有良好的强度和刚度.是木支撑的理想代替品.
To solve the problem of architectural shoring props, a new renovative column of architectural shoring props has been brought forward. The damage and capacity of architectural shoring props have been studied. The experiment has been done upon axial load architectural shoring props which has three sets of different heights. The experiment helps to know the damage character of the architectural shoring props. The shorter architectural shoring props, the higher the bearing force capability. The calculating formula of capacity has been obtained based on the study. It has been proved that the result of theoretical analysis is different from experiment result by 14.7 % -23.7 %. Architectural shoring props can be adapted to various lengths, has good strength and stiffness, it is an ideal substitute of woody shoring props.
