As an independent nation,China indicates its independence from aspects of social management,promotion of economical rise,political building and foreign policy.The article makes an analysis on logic of development of independent China during 30 years' openness and reform comprehensively.It concludes that such logic is a logic of development which includes self-discipline of politics,independence of economy and self-determination of diplomacy.It is the important basis of great achievements of openness and reform and its continuous progress.
